over traditional legacy spring probes, with lower initial &
overall costs. ATE sockets designed with RC Springprobe AT™
are rated to over 250K insertions, and are field service ready.
Replacement components are a fraction of the cost of high speed
spring probes, and are capable of handling even the most demanding
AC performance requirements for GHz+ devices. “We are helping
our customers break free from the constraints of existing solutions,”
